Health and Safety

Ensuring all participants have a safe and enjoyable event is our number one priority. Be aware that there are no road closures on some courses. Be considerate of your fellow participants at all times. Listen to, and adhere to any instruction given to you by course marshals/race officials and traffic management personnel. First aid will be at the start/finish area, so please seek their advice and assistance if you are not feeling well. As a participant, you are responsible for carrying any personal medication, inhalers or other device required during physical activity. If you come across another participant who is not well, do not ignore them. If you think the situation is serious, seek the assistance of course marshals or call 111. If you see any potential hazards or suspicious objects at the start or out on course, please bring this to the attention of race officials/course marshals immediately.

Please note Ipods should not be worn during a race and wearing these may result in disqualification.

In the interest of safety and to comply with ground use no dogs are permitted in or around the course areas.
