Individual Training Programmes
Individuals often want some training to keep them motivated in tough times - like now. So if you are keen for an individual programme covering between 6 to 12 weeks then please contact us and we will put you together with an appropriate coach.
As a guide an 8-week programme will cost $200 and include:
An Initial assessment via email with your coach
A specific weekly programme based on an event or goal
Weekly monitoring and review
